Each 5 ml (1 teaspoon) serving contains the equivalent of 35 mg Organic English Plantain (Plantago lanceolata) leaf extract, 30 mg Organic Grindelia (Grindelia camporum) flowering tops extract, and 118 mg of a proprietary blend – Organic English Plantain (Plantago lanceolata) leaf extract, Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) leaf essential oil, Organic Helichrysum flowering tops extract, Star Anise (illicium verum) fruit essential oil, lemon (citrus x limon) peel essential oil.
