Turmeric, a member of the ginger family, features a vibrant orange rhizome commonly used in cooking and traditional medicine. This root is rich in curcuminoids, with curcumin being the most prominent.

Curcumin is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda to treat long-term common diseases. Turmeric supports the liver and also aids in breaking down fats. However, it is difficult to obtain enough curcumin from turmeric alone.

Curcumin C3 Complex® is more than just pure curcumin; it consists of curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, and bisdemethoxycurcumin. Such a combination makes the curcumin stable against oxidation and retards its decomposition. This mixture with the other two compounds increases its water solubility leading to greater gastrointestinal absorption and maximizes its effectiveness. This increased bioavailability cannot be achieved by isolated curcumin alone.

I Like It Clean Curcumin Extract contains 1000mg of curcumin and 10mg of turmeric root per daily recommended dose of three capsules.

Beyond its active ingredients, the curcumin extract contains only vegetable glycerin from organic linseed and is free from excipients. The combination of curcumin extract and glycerin forms a liquid capsule, enhancing the absorption of the active ingredient.
