Whenever the customer orders an item from the webshop of Pura Fons, Pura Fons will prepare the item for shipment within 1 working day, unless there is an unforeseen circumstance happen or the item is not in stock.
In case an item is out of stock, Pura Fons will send a notification to the customer as soon as possible and will keep the customer updated on the possible delivery date.
Once the item is ready for shipment, Pura Fons will give the order to the shipment company for delivery of the order to the customer.

The shipping cost for your order is determined based on the weight of the products and your location. Before checkout, you will be presented with the final shipping cost to review and confirm.
Shipping is free for orders over a certain amount for the following countries:
Austria for orders over 120€.
Belgium for orders overs 90€.
Bulgaria for orders over 160 BGN.
Croatia for orders over 150€.
Greece for orders over 80€.
Hungary for orders over 150€.
Netherlands for orders overs 90€.
Poland for orders over 150€.
Portugal for orders over 170€.
Romania for orders over 400 RON.
Slovenia for orders over 150€.
Spain for orders over 170€.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, Pura Fons will get in touch with the customer and decide together how to proceed. If you decide to have your item sent separately, we will ship it to you free of charge once it is back in stock.
Any visible damage, qualitative deficiencies, or other delivery-related issues have to be reported immediately by the customer to Pura Fons, along with accompanying pictures. Please send your report to firstname.lastname@example.org.
