Super Nutriments to Reduce Rosacea Flare-ups

Navigate through goodness

Does your face flush when you are embarrassed or when you exercise?

We understand that this is not attractive and can make you feel awkward in social situations.

If the redness across your nose, cheeks, forehead, and chin comes and goes – or, when you splash water across your face or use skincare products, there is a burning or stinging feeling – you could be suffering from the beginnings of rosacea.

Rosacea is an involuntary reddening of the face that is linked to anxiety or stress, and can also be triggered by alcohol, caffeine, spicy foods, and exercise that make it worse. As you may have guessed by now, rosacea is a skin condition that affects mainly the face.

Did you know that while rosacea is more common in women, the symptoms can be worse in men?

We’ve done some further research for you, and according to the Mayo Clinic – an American academic medical centre focused on integrated healthcare, education, and research – rosacea is, unfortunately, a long-term condition that if untreated, will result in cheeks, nose, skin, and forehead being red all the time, and tiny broken blood vessels that do not go away appearing on the skin. There may also be small pink or red bumps that are sometimes filled with a yellowish liquid.

Other symptoms can include dry skin, swelling (especially around the eyes), or yellow-orange patches on the skin. If left untreated for many years, rosacea can result in thickened skin, mainly on the nose.

But what exactly is rosacea and what causes it?

Rosacea is a variety of eczema. When a virus, most commonly the Epstein–Barr virus, feeds off mercury that’s present in both the liver and the small intestinal tract, it produces a specific variety of dermatoxins that show up as rosacea.

Know someone suffering from rosacea and would like to help them? Or are you suffering from this condition yourself? We consulted “Life Changing Foods” by the Medical Medium Anthony William, and his recommendation to reduce flushing is to take Lemon Balm or Chaga Mushroom supplements:

Lemon balm is a heal-all, with a high contribution factor to almost every part of the body. Extremely high in trace minerals such as boron, manganese, copper, chromium, molybdenum, selenium, and iron, lemon balm also has large amounts of the macro mineral silica. Plus, it’s anti-parasitic, antiviral, and antibacterial throughout the body, and fights the Epstein-Barr virus.

How to take it? Easy! Include 2 dropperfuls* twice a day in your diet.

*Dropperful: all the liquid that fills the bottle’s dropper when you squeeze the rubber on the cap. It is still considered “dropperful” even if it fills up only halfway.

Chaga mushroom is one of the most medicinal tools and overall tonics of the century. The best form for nutrient absorption is when it’s a powder – you can use chaga powder in smoothies or make a tea with it. To make chaga mushroom tea, stir the powder into hot water until it dissolves. For best results, add raw honey.

How to take it? Simple! Start with taking 1 teaspoon of chaga mushroom powder or 3 capsules daily.
