Application:

For optimal effect, you should either massage the Lakshmi Ayur Danti Tooth Oil directly into the gums or pull approximately 5 – 10 drops (1-2 pumps) back and forth in the mouth between the teeth. The quick saliva production creates an effect as rapid as that of classic oil pulling. The ingredients and medicinal herbs ensure a greater effect compared to using regular vegetable oil. Classic oil pulling is proven to be helpful for maintaining healthy gums and is also purported to prevent tooth decay. Oil pulling is best done daily in the morning after brushing your teeth. The oil can be kept in the mouth for up to 5 minutes and should then be spat out after oil pulling. The mouth should be rinsed carefully afterward, as many of the toxins that are excreted by the body overnight are now present in the oil.
