1 drop of Vitamin D3 liquid contains 25 mcg (1000 IU) Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). When consumed every 2 days, this corresponds to 12.5 mcg (500 IU) of vitamin D3 , corresponding to 250% of the recommended daily dose according to LMIV.
